RIS GRANDEUR 14th September 2011 Residents of Ris Grandeur Dear Sirs /Madam, RIS GRANDUER: REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES IU NUMBERS FOR NEW EPS OPERATED BARRIER SYSTEM In view that the EPS operated barrier system will be operational from early October 2011, residents whose cars that are parked in the estate are required to register details of your 1st and 2nd cars with the Management by 30 September 2011. This is to facilitate the smooth implementation of the EPS System and to minimise inconvenience to residents. There are 3 ways in which residents can choose to register their vehicles: 1. Submission online through Google Survey Form (IU Registration Form) (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHpsMGRQT1RLR184SDlieXRBN1ZCV1E6MQ) 2. Submission via hard copy after printing out the survey form from the link above. 3. Collect a hard copy of the form from Management Office or Guard House (after office hours). In addition, we request residents who are registering their vehicles to furnish the following details to complete the registration of their vehicles:- a) Copy of the Vehicle Registration Log Card (required as proof of ownership of vehicle) b) Copy of NRIC (required as proof of ownership of Unit or residence in Ris Grandeur) c) Copy of Tenancy Agreement (required for tenants who are residing in Ris Grandeur) For submission of these required documents, residents may choose: - Email the soft copy to mcst3114@gmail.com; Residents who own 2 cars are reminded to submit 2 forms, one for each car and to ensure that payments for 2nd car-parking charges are fully paid to date. Management will not process applications for 2nd car parking which have outstanding payments.Please also note that 2nd car parking allocations are based on limited availability of parking lots.
